Camile Nielson, CSW

Bio: Camile has worked for Family Counseling Center for one year. While raising her family Camile owned and operated a tutoring and college admissions counseling business. She loves working with teens, young adults, individuals and families. She earned her Bachelor of Art degree in English from the University of Utah in 1985. In 1986 she completed her Bachelor’s in Education at Arizona State University. During her career as an educator she taught high school and junior high school English Literature. Her tutoring business focused on English, Algebra, ACT Prep, and guiding students through the college admission process. In 2016 she earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah. She has obtained advanced training in mindfulness, Seeking Safety, ADHD, and Mind Body Bridging.
Camile enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, freelance writing, travel, hiking and facilitating book groups. She volunteers with the International Rescue Committee.
